X-14's Try Me Free!* promotion offer is available on 20oz Foaming Bathroom Cleaner only. Products must be purchased between 7/1/08 and 7/31/09 ("Promotion Period") from a participating retailer.

To claim your rebate:

1. Purchase ONE (1) 20oz Foaming Bathroom Cleaner from an authorized WD-40 Company retailer.
2. If you are not completely satisfied, complete this original rebate form.
3. Remove the UPC bar code or make a photocopy from the package and include with this rebate form. If you cannot provide the original or photocopied UPC, please write down the name, size, and UPC code of the participating product on a 3”x 5” piece of paper and send it along with your rebate form.
4. Include your original sales receipt. Sales receipt must clearly show store name, store address and purchase date.
5. Make a photocopy of receipt to keep for your records.
6. Mail all items together with appropriate postage to be postmarked by 8/15/09 and received by 8/31/09 to:

Terms and Conditions

Limit one (1) rebate per household. Original or photocopy of the UPC bar code accepted. If you cannot provide the original or photocopied UPC, please write down the name, size, and UPC code of the participating product on a 3"x 5" piece of paper and send it along with your rebate form. A maximum of 4.59 product rebate is available by mail-in redemption using printed X-14 "Try Me Free" rebate forms only. No facsimiles, or incomplete rebate forms will be accepted. Rebate form has no cash value. Offer expires 7/31/09. Redemption requests must be postmarked by 8/15/09 and received by 8/31/09. No offers will be returned.
