What are the ingredients in X-14 Mildew Stain Remover and what percentage?

We recommend one of two products for the removal of rust stains. Lime-A-Way Lime, Calcium & Rust Remover in the green bottle or liquid Zud Heavy Duty Cleanser in the yellow bottle. Either of these products will be effective in removing the rust and can be found in your local grocery store.
How can I eliminate the odor of X-14 Mildew Stain Remover?
X-14 Mildew Stain Remover is an extremely strong product. According to our label directions, to eliminate the odor of X-14 Mildew Stain Remover, we recommend opening a window and/or using a vent fan. If you cannot ventilate the room and are sensitive to sodium hypochlorite, we recommend you avoid the use of this product.
Is X-14 Daily Shower Cleaner safe to use in my bathroom?
X-14 Daily Shower Cleaner has been tested on most common bathroom surfaces including ceramic tile, fiberglass, aluminum, stainless steel, chrome, glass, varnished wood, polystyrene, clear acrylic, latex caulk, silicone caulks, tile grout, plastic shower curtain and rubber and found to be safe and reliable. X-14 Daily Shower Cleaner is not recommended for brass or natural marble.

Yes. It is safe to use any all commercially available toilet bowl cleaner while using an automatic toilet bowl cleaner in the tank.
Will soft water make X-14 Automatic Bowl Cleaners dissolve faster?
Soft water will not shorten the life of our automatic bowl cleaners. Soft water may enhance the life and performance of these products.
Are X-14 Automatic Toilet Bowl Cleaners safe for use in septic systems?
Yes.
The X-14 Automatic Toilet Bowl Cleaner tablet fell down the water flow hole - how can I clear it out?
We recommend just letting water run through the water flow. The tablet will eventually dissolve. Try to prop the flapper valve open a bit and just let the water flow. You can also try to expedite the dissolving by trying to break it up with an article such as an unbent wire hanger.
I have an insulated liner in my toilet tank, which looks like Styrofoam. Can I use X-14 Automatic Toilet Bowl Cleaner?
Yes, you can use all our products in an insulated tank.
